Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Games & Things. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. You also cannot return gift cards, sale items, downloadable products, or personal items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you need to exchange a product for the same one, send us an email at jj@gamesandthings.net and send your item to our business address. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
